Sea Colony includes one (1) and two (2) bedroom oceanfront units on beautiful grounds and pool areas. Some units are located in elevator building. Wide beach front area provides fun for your family. Sea Colony offers ample parking and outside showers. The Carolina Beach Office (910) 458-2100 handles reservations and check-in.

Basic information about Sea Colony:
- Beach Access –Guests have access to private walkway, over the dunes that lead to the ocean.
- Dining – Guests will need to travel by car to Kure Beach or Carolina Beach which have a variety of restaurants from the freshest seafood to choices in American and ethnic cuisine, from gourmet to home-style cooking and full service restaurants to fast food. Locating great dining in Carolina Beach is never a problem.
- Shopping, General – Guests will need to travel by car to the central business district or across the bridge for shopping.

- Winner Gulf Stream Fishing and Cruise Boats -- Whether you want an exciting fishing excursion or a relaxing scenic cruise you can find it here. Day cruises and night time dinner cruises available.
- NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher – The Aquarium features exhibits that include fishes, reptiles and mollusks from the far reaches of our planet. There is also an exhibit showcasing aquatic life forms found in North Carolina’s freshwater, coastal and open ocean habitats.
- Carolina Beach Mini Golf & Batting Cages – Enjoy family fun with a game of miniature golf or get in the swing of things with baseball season at the batting cages.
- Kure Beach Fishing Pier – One of North Carolina's oldest and finest, this 712 foot fishing pier was recently rebuilt and restored. Get ready to do some awesome saltwater fishing on Kure Beach Pier.
