There’s a crazy little shack beyond the bridge, and everyone calls it the Sugar Shack. Walk into the ground level entry were you will find a cozy entryway with plenty of seating for waiting on family and friends and on either side are garages; one is for parking and has an extra refrigerator for all your extra sodas and the other side has a ping pong table, dart board, and boogie boards. In the back there is a BBQ gas grill and an outside hot and cold shower.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground level; one with a queen and the other has a queen with a twin on top and a lounging area for watching TV or playing Play Station, there is also a full bath on this level and an extra large capacity washer and dryer. On the main level you walk into a large open family room with two sitting areas; one for watching the big screen TV and the other for catching up on small talk.

Cooks will blossom in the well appointed kitchen with connecting dining area that has a table that sits nine and a bar for four more.

There is a master bedroom off the kitchen with a king size bed and private master bath. There are two additional bedrooms on main floor; one with a queen and the other has two sets of bunks for all of your little ones. In addition this home has plenty of covered porches for unlimited views of the Atlantic Ocean.
